Smoked Salmon Terrine with Traditional Accompaniments.
Main meal choices (defaults are Turkey or SeaBass);
Roast Norfolk Turkey served with sage & onion stuffing, brussels, honey glazed root veg, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes and a red wine sauce.
Pan-fried Seabass server with soy, ginger & chilli steamed pak choi, roast potatoes and seasonal veg.
Vegetarian option if required - Penne Pasta served with a creamy cheese, tomato & basil sauce. (V)
Dessert choices (followed by Coffee, Tea & Mince Pies);
Christmas Pudding with a brandy sauce.
